The verdict shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds to come back in your favor. You shouldn’t have to pay a cent, or if you do, you’ll get reimbursed for every lost nickle.
In his defense he didnt know it was going to get broken into, why should he have to pay for your lack of insurance? normal car insurance covers theft. also it is not his fault you didnt have money to pay for the repairs right away, if you had money to pay upfront it wouldnt be sitting taking up his work space and it would be back in your hands.
