Body shop would be my first thought.. It may just have a weatherstrip problem or maybe a sunroof that is leaking… Hard to say without knowing what type of car you have.
without knowing make and model and history of the car my guess would be a leaking windscreen and the water is leaking down to the floor because it is lowest point so talk to a body shop wont hurt but a windscreen guy would be my first call and get him to reseal the screeen
