First, I would try a CD lens cleaner. I know that the manual for every system ever made says that using those aren’t proven to work, but that doesn’t mean don’t try it. After that, you could try some canned air.
Usually, by that step, when I need to do it, my game is working again. After that, the only thing you could do besides sending it in is take it apart yourself. I REALLY don’t recommend doing that though. It will void your warranty and you will probably create more and bigger problems.
I would try the first two steps and if they don’t work… just trust Nintendo enough to have them fix it.
it has something to do with a dirty lens because it takes more work for the wii to read a dual layerd disk
Just send it to nintendo!

That happened to me too.
I sent my Wii to Nintendo and I got it back 6 days later and it worked fine.
just send it in. Plus if you still have that warranty why not?
1. Clean the disk.
2. Send it to the store near you.
3. Contact Nintendo.
