If its just the bumper, your looking at $1200-$1300. I’d be concerned about the frame where the bumper attaches if you smashed it hard enough to rip the bumper off.

Obviously you are not covered by insurance?

Best way to approach the is to buy a bumper from a discount place, take the bumper and vehicle to a shop, believe it or not I would go to Maaco,
A factory bumper is about 250-300 dollars and the shop will charge you this, this is where they make their money, buying it on your own first ,will save. My body shop friend buys “aftermarket” bumpers for very low prices from a place called “CARTIFIT” they are located in 25 states,

    phone number 801-977-0078
I have looked up your bumper, their price $117.50 part # STSD23FO
Go to CERTIFIT online to check price and location near you for pickup or shipping

expect maaco to charge for installing the bumper and painting it about $250-300 dollars

    good luck
    John
