Depends how long it takes to get the door panel off and miror out, I would say about an hour, $92 where I work.
find a new mirror in the junkyard if you can and install it or you will probably have to order a new one from ford.
IF THE HOUSING IS IN GOOD CONDITION YOU CAN EITHER BUY THE GLASS PART FROM THE DEALER OR FROM A GLASS/MIRROR STORE. THEY WILL CUT IT TO FIT AND INSTALL WITH THE HOUSING ON THE CAR FOR ABOUT 25.00
