    Be brave, tell your Mom the truth, little lies have a way of coming back at you.

    Look up “Auto Dismantlers” in the Yellow Pages and phone around, they will give you a price for the part (and might even fit it-not a big job).
    Also phone the Infiniti dealer for a quote (Big $$$) and finally if you are an AAA member phone them for advice on your best choice.

    Really depends on the extent of damage. The rubber (or plastic) bumper cover can be had at a local recyclers for around fifty to a hundred or so. Dealer or repair shop will be 4-5 hundred. If the metal bumper support beam is damaged you can pretty much double the previous amounts.

    If you can find one that matches the color (you can try junk yard dog.com) then replacing it is not really all that hard for a do it yourself-er.
