I AM SO SICK AS F**K of my sh**Ty A$$ Computer auto rebooting, crashing and screwing me over and over again at the worses times. Like for example, I was about to finish a 8000 word essay and MY GOD DAMN COMPUTER FREEZES EXACTLY AT THE POINT WHERE MY CURSOR WAS ON THE SAVE BUTTON. So forget it, this computer has done this to me sooooooo many times its not even funny, I’m just going to totally ERADICATE, DESTROY, DEMoliSH, SMASH, DEVASTATE, ELIMINATE, ABOLISH, ANNIHILATE, EXTERMINATE, And OBLITERATE this piece of Sh*T til its turned into dust!! I’m just going to buy a new one. This computer has so many problems and I spent so much money trying to repair it and it just keeps acting up. SO! Does anyone know any really good ways to destroying a a computer?

My Jeep Wrangler was involved in an accident. Front-end got all smashed up. I had it fixed by the body shop the Insurance Company recommended. That was a month ago.

It took that body shop about a week to fix, but it was not fixed, and we disputed the fix, but the body shop blamed mechanical problems.

So we take the Jeep to the Dealer who talked it up pretty big from the start, that the body shop was not doing their job, but then said it was not mechanical, so the body shop offered to pay the Dealership fee and bring the Jeep back into their shop to complete the repairs. I took it at the time as a swift kick in the rear of the body shop to take care of the problems…

Well that took another week. So we get the Jeep back, and it still has problems, which is leaking at just the front doors. The body shop says that we devalued the Jeep before the accident by taking the top and doors off previously, and that they would have to add non-standard seals and weathering to stop the leaks.

Well, the leaks did not stop, and again the body shop said it was our fault. So we send it back to the dealer, who says that these Jeeps had an inherent issue to leak, but that those issues were being fixed if seen. Apparently the dealership told this to the body shop, who then told the insurance company that the fault was pretty much ours or an issue with the Jeep, but the Dealership maintains that rigging with the non-standard weathering probably made it worse, but could not say, so the Dealership wants us to pay to fix it, the body shop is going back to it being mechanical issues, because in short the doors had somehow got out of alignment and busted the seals. The Dealership, and the body shop do not want to blame this issue on the accident to throwing out the alignment. They seem to cast doubt that the problem was preexisting and I just want to take the insurance company for a ride to fix other issues.

I am ready to take legal action, but the insurance company has in the policy that we cannot sue them, but have to go though arbitration. I feel like if the Dealer would invoke some common sense, this would be all over. How best to get them to start talking straight? It seems odd to me that only the front doors are effected, and not the rear doors, and that the leak is stronger on the side that took the most impact.

I have a Wii and a Xbox 360 (currently being repaired and should be back in a month). I have Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii and Call of Duty 4, Halo 3, and a bunch of other games that aren’t that good. I was wondering what games I should consider, because I might get another Wii game soon because I am getting bored of the two I have and I’m waiting for my 360 to come back. I will get Madden 09 when it does come back, and I will probably get another one too. So, what Wii games should I consider and what Wii games are coming out soon that I should also consider. The same question for Xbox 360.
I only have Wii and Xbox 360.

Ok, before I start I don’t want to hear anything about “I’m not going to help you commit insurance fraud!” If you feel that way then just skip over this question, please!
Ok, i have a dell that the warranty is about to run out on, it’s starting to get a bit old, so I decided that on the last month of my warranty I would add complete care…(Accidental Coverage) So I can have an “accident” and depending on how bad of an “accident” they would replace it with a newer model or just repair the existing old one that I have now. I obviously want a new comptuer. I have already told them that as I was getting out of the bathtub it fell from a high shelf while plugged in. and they said they will have a box sent to my address to ship my computer back to their facility the question here is will that warrant a new comp. or can they just replace the bad parts and send it back, or should I smash it some saying it happened on the fall? I really don’t think they investigate every claim. I think that I should smash it a bit just to make sure I get a newer and better computer, what do you guys think?
