Smash Repairs

As I’m moving to a different city, I’d like to get rid of my car. My car 1993 Ford Escort, 3-door hathback, is still drivable because I do drive it every day. But, it has some problems – major and minor – namely, side brake almost broken, weak transmission, and other miscellaneous internal problems (minor though). Exterior-wise, there is a bump on the side from hitting deer, driver side’s door (lock hole) doesn’t work, back mirror is torn apart, and side mirror’s smashed. I believe it’s drivable with some repair (brake and transmission). But, I’m not sure, ethically, if I should sell my car to someone as a “drivable car” I do not want to mislead anyone… What do you think??
