Your best bet would be to sell it as parts on ebay. Since the phone currently retails at a minimum of 300.00 I’m sure someone out there has a good screen and needs a couple of extra parts…
If you bought insurance through your vendor, you are in luck! Look back at your service agreement paperwork, maybe you did but forgot. Otherwise, there is not much you can do. Donate the equipment to charity. Purchase another device (although you do not need to buy the exact same equipment or even another PDA, you could opt at this point to buy a cheap cell phone). You can donate it. Charitable orgs take cell phones and give them to abused women and other needy peoples.
